Mary

lightbulb east 7 15′

Mary is a wild Alpine tree, approximately 32 feet tall, and the upper 15-foot section is particularly well-shaped and ideal for harvest as a Christmas tree.
Why do we only harvest the top section?
We use a method known as Daisugi—a traditional Japanese technique that allows new, smaller trees to grow from a mature trunk. This way, we reduce the overall number of trees we harvest as our business expands, supporting long-term sustainability.
We have been practicing this method for over 60 years.

What to know before you order

Shape Disclamer

Individual and Authentic: Each of our trees is grown in the wild, resulting in a unique shape, size, and character. Minor imperfections, such as a bare spot or smaller branches in certain areas, are a natural part of their history and contribute to their distinct personality. For your convenience, we have provided individual photos and videos for each tree to help you make your selection with confidence.

Peak Freshness Guarantee: To ensure the longest possible life span and minimize waste, our trees are not harvested until after a purchase is made. In the unlikely event that a significant branch is damaged during the harvesting process, you will receive a full refund.

Alpine Tree Note: With the Alpine variety, you may notice vertically growing pinecones at the very top. These sections will be pruned to ensure an optimal shape.
